What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form we collect the information you provide — name, company, email, phone (optional), project details, preferred dates, budget range and duration. We also automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and, if you accept analytics cookies, how you interact with the site.
Why we process it
We use this data to respond to your inquiry, arrange viewings, and — where you've accepted analytics cookies — to understand which parts of the site and which type of offer (temporary or long-term) generate interest.
Legal basis
Processing of inquiry data is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). Analytics cookies are only set after you provide consent through the cookie banner.
Recipients
Data may be shared with service providers who support us technically — for example website hosting, email delivery, and, where configured, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta), a CRM or spreadsheet tool used to manage inquiries. No data is sold to third parties.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept for the duration of any resulting business relationship. Inquiries that do not lead to a lease are kept for up to 12 months from your last contact with us, so we can follow up and compare demand across the test period, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing, in accordance with the GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact biuro@cholujdesign.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
